It'll generate different ideas that you can use for your specific team, and you can ask about any of those ideas for more. But what if you have a team meeting coming up and you need something now? Ask for that. Say: Can you create a 30-minute team learning exercise for my team's next meeting? Voila. You have an idea at your fingertips, including any materials needed, a breakdown, and everything you need to do and say. Like that? Go and try it today.
