Talent Acquisition Branding Specialist

Introduction:

We are seeking for a Senior Associate to join our Global HR - Talent Acquisition Branding team. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented and process-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Associate will support the planning and execution of targeted talent acquisition projects, contributing significantly to the efficiency and success of our recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support to ensure the timely and successful delivery of talent acquisition projects.
• Optimize processes to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness within the talent acquisition framework.
• Work collaboratively with teams across various departments to execute projects seamlessly.
• Manage documentation and reporting to maintain accurate records and support decision-making processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and to gather necessary support and resources.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or Human Resources (HR).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
• Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and project outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master in business administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MS) preferred.
• Domain experience in Automotive, Industrial Robotics, Semiconductor, Aeronautical, or Big Tech industries is highly desirable.
