Role Overview:
As the Store Manager of the Flagship location, you will be instrumental in driving the retail operations to new heights. From ensuring exceptional customer experiences to optimizing store performance, you'll lead a team committed to excellence and brand success.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the trusted right hand to senior management, embodying leadership and operational excellence
Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and foster lasting client relationships
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize store sales and achieve revenue targets
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
Mentor and coach store staff through ongoing training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge
Ensure adherence to company policies, security measures, and loss prevention protocols
Maintain impeccable store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
Personally deliver superior customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and enjoys a memorable shopping experience
Cultivate and nurture client relationships through effective clienteling strategies and personalized communication
Additional Responsibilities:
Act as a community manager by organizing and hosting in-store events, trunk shows, and exclusive clienteling experiences with clients
Monitor store performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and provide insightful reports to senior management
Conduct ongoing training programs to empower the team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
At least 5 years of progressive retail management experience, ideally in luxury fashion, lingerie, swimwear, or related industries
Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams and driving results
Proficiency in POS systems (Shopify), inventory management software, and Google Workspace
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for delivering superior customer service
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in lingerie, swimwear, or luxury retail is advantageous
Familiarity with the Santa Monica area is a plus

Pay Disclosure:
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California-Based Applicants: $70,000 - $75,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law).
