🏠 Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model in which team members come to the office three days a week.


🕐 Flexible hours: some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

Role


The successful candidate's title may be Social Media Manager or Senior Social Media Manager, depending on experience.


As a Social Media Manager, you’ll lead our clients' organic social strategy, content, and community.


You’ll have experience working across all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X, Youtube) and be eager to learn about new platform updates and advancements in the social media space.


We're looking for someone who's obsessed with social media and has unique ideas for content that can continue to innovate our clients' brands.


Team Structure:


You’ll report to a Social Media Director.

You’ll have 1-2x Social Media Executives that’ll report to you.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver social media content plans and strategy whilst constantly optimizing content to achieve the best results for clients, considering performance across different channels.
  • Leading a team of 1-2x Social Media Executives who’ll support you in your planning, content creation, and community management.
  • Applying original thought to create beautiful content for our clients using tools such as Canva, Photoshop & Adobe Suite, etc.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on content plans and content our team creates.
  • Creating content on shoot with our creative team and ensuring content is always optimized for content.
  • Analyzing social trends and understanding when is a good moment for specific brands to 'get involved' in the conversation.
  • You’ll build relationships with the clients you’re working with alongside our Social Media Director.
  • Build reports for clients and provide in-depth analysis and strategic guidance.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of social media experience within an agency is required.
  • Experience in managing social media reporting, measurement and forecasting.
  • A creative individual with a track record of creating 'viral' content.
  • Comfortable in using in-platform editing tools for TikTok and Reels, including in-app, capcut, etc.
  • Experience using social listening tools such as Brandwatch, sprinklr, or Sprout.
  • Up to date and invested in pop culture and trends on social.


Great to have but not essential:

  • Experience using data visualization tools such as lookerstudio
  • Experience in line management
  • Experience in pitching to prospective clients
