Responsibilities:

  • Run the day-to-day execution of social media for the brand, including scheduling, posting, and community managing across platforms – mainly, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Suggest social media tactics for key platforms aligning with overall marketing and business strategy, initiatives, and goals.
  • Act as the voice of the brand on the front lines with consumers by responding to DMs, Instagram comments, and more in real-time.
  • Build monthly content calendars and manage the creative development process to execute. This includes copywriting and managing the production of photos, videos, and other social-first content.
  • Maintain a brand-right voice and consistent look and feel across platforms.
  • Spearhead influencer marketing program to increase brand visibility across channels.
  • Build and execute a social media content roadmap to produce optimized content for each platform.
  • Project manage the production of social media content (done in-house) from conception to execution.
  • Develop social media campaigns for new product launches and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Oversee website and blog content, including conceptualizing, writing, and posting content.
  • Set, measure and monitor KPIs (including growth and engagement targets), generate insights, and provide recommendations for go- forward strategy.
  • Assist in delivering monthly and quarterly analytics reports.
  • Benchmark the brands against key competitors and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Monitor, allocate, and oversee the monthly marketing budget for social media campaigns in support of business goals and objectives.
  • Build relevant consumer audience groups, boost posts and create strategic social media ads.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a CPG brand or product
  • Deep understanding of and passion for the ever-evolving social media landscape
  • Experience researching, acquiring, and working with influencers
  • Experience reporting to internal stakeholders on social media performance, KPIs and optimization
  • Experience working in Meta Business Suite, as well as boosting and running Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok ads
  • Experience building relevant audiences and supporting ecommerce efforts resulting in high conversions
  • Experience managing a paid social media budget and an understanding of paid social media strategy
  • Strong understanding of social analytics and listening platforms
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the proven ability to be concise, yet impactful in brand voice
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment, adapting to continually changing priorities and ambitious project timeframes
  • An eye for beautiful photography
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
