Are you organized, proactive, and ready to take on a pivotal role in our dynamic and growing Midland Office team? We're seeking a Regional Coordinator who will take care of our administrative functions and be a key player in driving our regional success.
Once Selected To Join Our Team, You Will
Be the right hand to the Regional Vice President, orchestrating seamless coordination with our Line of Business and Project Managers.
Your flair for organization will shine as you support the marketing team with marketing initiatives, from campaign coordination to crafting materials and orchestrating events.
Contribute to our team’s growth and employee experience by assisting HR with interviews, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Dive into project development, assisting with research and working on compelling proposals.
Take charge of all administrative facets of regional projects, ensuring everything from project setup, budgeting, and billing aligns with contract terms.
Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you draft, review, and finalize project proposals, contract amendments, and sub-consultant agreements.
Showcase your financial acumen by coordinating project financial reporting upon request.
Contribute to our commitment to quality by assisting with QA/QC administrative setup and ensuring a smooth project close-out.
Knowledge
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid knowledge of and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), specifically with preparing reports, graphs, presentations, etc.
Prior exposure to and working with proposals and contracts
Ability to compose correspondence, analyze data, and draft structured reports
Strong proficiency with typing/computer operation

Effective problem-solving skills
Experience
5 total years of experience in an administrative or office administration capacity
Prior experience supporting executives in a project environment.
Prior industry related experience in professional services or the AEC industry.
