We are looking for a recent college graduate that is hungry to learn the business, and grow in this dynamic industry and role. This is an entry level job, where you only need to be entrepreneurial, a self-starter, an ability to hustle and get stuff done.
As a business development manager you will be involved in driving loans through the full life-cycle, from assisting with the initial inquiry and information gathering, through to successful loan completion. You will be results orientated, and a team player.
Requirements
You will have:
"hustle"
any sales experience would be a plus (regardless of the industry)
the ability to build and manage a large pipeline of prospective clients
the ability to work a phone and build working relationships with borrowers and brokers
a ‘customer service' focus
the ability to explain things clearly and succinctly, using ‘plain English'
