Marketing Director

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

- Based in the US, preferably in Miami, but not limited to this location

- Deep understanding of the US haircare, cosmetics, or related fields; from a marketing perspective.

- Strong skills in business opportunities analysis

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Extensive marketing experience (both upstream and downstream)

- Knowledge of the retail sector

- Previous experience as Marketing Director

Main Goals to be Achieved:

- Lead Product Development and Product Marketing functions: manage concept to inception including formula benchmarks, competitive analysis, packaging/artwork, claims, product pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager to guide the development of compelling visuals, infographics, and videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience to increase engagement/community, expand brand following, and drive DTC conversions.

- Partner with the Ecommerce Executive on product launch campaigns, go-to-market strategy, promotional activities, and review data/insights to identify growth opportunities to drive sales on DTC and Amazon.
