Manager / Senior Manager

Our client, a rapidly expanding global accounting advisory firm, is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing team. Our client has a proven track record partnering with manufacturing, software, technology, biotech, and consumer products clients.

Working closely with senior management, Managers / Senior Manager will lead project teams on all aspects of engagements, including report writing, developing and managing client relationships, and business development. The Manager / Senior Manager will also work closely with their client's external auditors (i.e. Big 4 or other larger national firm).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance.
• Bachelors in Accounting
• CPA and/or MBA combined with solid accounting experience will be considered instead of an Accounting degree
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP, SEC reporting, etc)
• Enjoy being client-facing and proactive in identifying client needs
• Have a consultative mindset and are a problem-solver
  
  
  

As the Manager / Senior Manager you will:

• Lead engagements and have a "hands-on" client approach
• Own projects from start to finish
• Play an active role in hiring and developing consultants
• Lead firm initiatives and identify areas for improvements
• Enjoy the flexibility of office/remote/client site work locations
  
  
  

On a typical engagement, you will:

• Lead clients through complex accounting issues and drive resolution
• Lead and own delivery on operational due diligence for complex transactions - IPO’s, acquisitions and divestitures, etc.
• SEC and regulatory requirements - 10K’s, 10Q’s, S-1, S-4 filings.
• Be the subject matter expert, providing input on new ASC standards
  
  
  

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and include additional bonuses/incentives.
