Job Description
How you will contribute
Prepare materials for training events, including creating and organizing content for sessions
Engage with the company's headquarters, involving communication, coordination, and collaboration with the centralized team
Organizing training events for both the sales force and external customers, planning logistics and ensuring smooth execution
Involvement in the company's marketing events and small PR activities
Responsible for managing the Marketing calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling aligned with business objectives
Collecting data, running analysis and preparing dashboards for the definition of the periodical business review and annual marketing plan, focusing on brands aspects such as: product strategy, market positioning, distribution guidelines, communication strategy, etc.
Monitoring the business performance, global market insights, consumer trends and competition, in order to provide useful data and inputs to the Supervisor with the aim of assessing growth opportunities
.Who you are
1 year Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development experience - involvement in Fashion industry would be a plus
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Advanced Excel and computer skills (V-lookups, SumIF, Pivot Table Management, External Data Source linking)
SAP knowledge
A self-starter – able to work independently
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload
Strong communicational skills
High ethical standards
Values teamwork and integrity
