The Junior Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for ongoing, basic Marketo administration and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal users. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and will make an impact on the daily operation of the business.
This is an entry-level position. As such, the qualifications for the job are more “soft skill” oriented. What you’ll be doing as a Junior Marketing Operations Associate
Day-to-day support of our CRM and related systems (E.g. Marketo, DocuSign, & others)
Triage user requests and address or route them based on the request’s requirements
Gather refined requirements from users
Provide basic support for our marketing processes
Perform quality assurance tasks
Assist in maintaining data cleanliness within our systems; spreadsheets are often required
Assist in maintaining & creating reports
Assist in maintaining process documentation
Seek feedback from user groups for improvements to existing processes & procedures
Other tasks and projects as assigned

Proficient in commonly used business applications (E.g. spreadsheets, word documents, etc)
Ability to learn quickly
Passion for helping others and taking pride in your work
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player who enjoys supporting their stakeholders
Previous experience supporting multiple teams is a plus
Some experience with the Marketo platform is beneficial but not required
Compensation
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $55,000 - $70,000
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 20%.

This role is based remotely in the United States. It operates primarily in a Trans-Atlantic time zone (GMT-2) or close to it.
