About the Role:

At our company, we transform tickets into PRs for engineering teams, with over 13k PRs shipped to prod for various clients. As we continue to grow rapidly, we're seeking a Growth Lead to remove bottlenecks and drive exponential growth. Your mission is to attract numerous users to our platform and book demos, enabling us to expand our global reach and gather valuable data for AI model training. You'll be responsible for crafting experiments across multiple channels, analyzing data, and building a team to accelerate growth.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience across various growth channels, including ads, emailing, and sponsorships. You should have a strong engineering culture and be able to generate and execute non-standard experiment ideas. Good copywriting skills, design taste, and the ability to work end-to-end are also essential for this role.

Salary Range: €70k to €90k, depending on experience and qualifications.
