Director of Video

Our client is looking for a Director of Video to lead their creative direction and overall strategy for their team. This is a critical content development role and the ideal candidate will be not only a leader, but also a hands-on director creating, editing and identifying opportunities for long and short format video.

Candidates must be local to the Charleston, SC area or willing to relocate.

The Director Of Video Will

• Work closely with stakeholders to develop, edit and post professional video content including: instructional videos, product b-roll and reviews, short-form social media content and event video.
• Plans, shoots, and edits video and photo content across multiple external platforms and channels, ensuring consistent brand alignment and messaging.
• Participates in the creative planning process and execution including daily stands, story outline and creative briefs.
  
  

The Ideal Director Of Video Will Be/have

• 5+ years of filming and editing experience, recognized brands are a plus
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite for design, photo/video editing and file management
• Must be comfortable working in a tight-knight, fast-paced team
• Must be a strong communicator and able to adhere to strict deadlines
