The Coordinator of Marketing Strategy is responsible for contributing to projects spanning all aspects of the CBS Brand and Digital + Social Strategy departments. They will help coordinate brand and show ideation, planning and execution of promotions and partnerships, and support strategic initiatives, building brand relevance.

As part of the Marketing Strategy team, this role collaborates closely with the CBS Creative Agency and various other teams across CBS and Paramount to deliver cohesive 360 campaigns that demonstrate the overall brand experience and drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the scheduling, planning and communication across departments for VP of Brand Strategy and VP Social and Digital Strategy
  • Work with all departments (creative, partners, executives, agencies, and vendors) on seamless execution of marketing campaign elements
  • Monitor branding across platforms to ensure brand integrity and a quality experience
  • Generate new ideas and support all promotions for robust marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with timelines and key deliverables for all projects.
  • Assist in the distribution of reports and materials.
  • Assist with the preparation of projects and presentations
  • Keep abreast of brand, digital, social media and experiential trends in the marketplace to drive innovation across the brand to drive audience growth. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and Photoshop/InDesign
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks under pressure
  • Extraordinary attention to detail with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Self-starter and positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to interact with individuals internally and externally at all levels
  • Ability to be pro-active, anticipate scheduling/organizational challenges and suggest solutions in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Additional Information

Hiring Salary Range: $43,000.00 - 53,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
