Content and Social Media Manager

Frank Darling is an online, female-founded fine jewelry brand that makes custom engagement rings more accessible than ever before. We’ve been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and many other publications for our design, sustainability, and modern take on the bridal category.

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Content and Social Media Manager with leadership ambitions to join our on-site Tribeca-based team and lead our content / social team! This is your chance to work directly with our CEO and a talented internal and external marketing team to craft and execute a compelling visual strategy across organic and paid channels.

As our Content and Social Media Manager, you'll collaborate with our marketing team to bring your ideas to life, creating stunning visual and written content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, our website, email, and affiliate channels.

You should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, be comfortable sharing your ideas (the good and bad), and be equally adept at rolling up your sleeves to get things done and leading the charge.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead social strategy on Instagram, Pinterest and Tiktok
• Lead email campaign strategy in collaboration with our email agency
• Function as key decision maker for all content across channels
• Art direct and edit all visual content across channels in cooperation with the CEO
• Organize and maintain the content calendar and library
• Schedule all Instagram content (stories/reels/posts etc.)
• Work with influencers to document and share their Frank Darling experience
• Strategize and connect with potential brand partners for collaborations 
• Respond to comments and answer DM’s, proactively and reactively engaging the community
• Consistently brainstorm new ways to engage the community and grow the account through reels, stories, giveaways, collaborations, etc.
• Collaborate on general affiliate content strategy and story placements
• Collaborate with the paid marketing and affiliate teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content and copy as needed
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content blog content
• Collaborate with our freelance copywriter and in-house SEO manager to define and publish click-worthy SEO-optimized blog content that ranks on Google 
• Collaborate with email agency to approve monthly email calendar and provide product suggestions and visual content as needed

Requirements and Experience:

• Digitally native, comfortable on all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented 
• Experience managing a cross-channel content and promotions calendar 
• Strong photo and video editing skills with the 
• Excellent communication skills
• 2+ years of social media marketing experience working on a high growth account
• Passion for diamonds and fine jewelry 
• Diamond jewelry and/or jewelry photographer experience a strong plus
• Previously worked on and scaled a social account with a significant number of followers 

Job Details:

• Full time on site role located in NYC
• Office hours are 9AM to 5PM or 10AM to 6PM
• Monday - Friday
