We are looking for:


• Candidates with Sales experience (70% hunter / 30% account management) selling product engineering and technology services) in Automotive and Aerospace.

• Experience with automotive engineering services.

• Track record of deep, consultative, trust-based relationships and strong knowledge, understanding of client's business with strong client references of 6 years

• Proven track record to build senior-level client relationships.

• Won and led deals of $5+million independently.

• Good understanding of financials, profitability, etc

• Develop sales plan for the assigned geography and individual Account Plans


Key responsibilities:


• Introduce company's engineering services value to major Automotive & Aerospace clients in US.

• Present, campaign and sell Solutions/services to existing and prospective customers.

• Lead Generation, Qualifying, Negotiating and Closing opportunities for client with the objective of driving profitable growth.

• Researching, mapping, establishing, developing and maintaining positive relationships with prospects and client team members.

• Building and leading Qualified Sales pipeline consistent with account strategy

• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports

• Responsible for revenue, order booking as per assigned targets
