At our company, nothing matters more than the safety of our team members. That’s why our dedicated Safety team provides regular training on OSHA’s Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) guidelines. What's LOTO? It's all about protecting personnel who work with equipment that can store energy - think electrical breakers, valves, and rotating machinery. By requiring a manual lock from all personnel involved, we ensure that equipment cannot be re-energized until every lock is removed, eliminating uncertainty about the equipment's status.   These procedures empower our team members to protect themselves from accidents and injuries. We’re all about supporting healthy fun for kids in our communities! Our fantastic team members in Eufaula, Alabama have a whole lineup of sons, daughters, and grandkids playing little league baseball this season. Our plant is stepping up to the plate by sponsoring the Abbeville Recreation 8U All-Stars baseball team and the 6U Sweeties and Dixie Darlings softball team. Cancer touches us all, leaving an indelible mark on our lives. But we refuse to be passive — the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life events empower us to fight back! These events raise funds for research and make life better for those battling cancer. Our incredible team members at Jupiter Sulphur, our joint venture with Phillips 66, recently took time to team up for the P66 Annual Relay for Life Golf Tournament in Billings, Montana. No one should ever have to worry about going thirsty - but during the hot summer months, dehydration is a real concern for many of our community members in Arizona. That's why team members at our Corporate Office in Phoenix stepped up by donating over 1,600 bottles of water toward the Salvation Army's Hydrate AZ water drive! The Salvation Army distributes this water to the homeless at their heat relief stations in and around Phoenix. This article from a 1974 issue of Fertilizer Solutions magazine outlined the Kerley Brothers' mission when they founded our company in Texas shortly after World War II. The article highlighted Thio-Sul®, which remains one of Tessenderlo Kerley's most important crop nutrition products. Today, we're still working hard to support American farmers as they continue to feed the world!

One of the true measures of character is going above and beyond without expecting anything in return. During a recent delivery to a customer, Tessenderlo Kerley truck driver Joel Price noticed a potential safety concern with the facility's air regulator. Joel didn't hesitate to take action -- he quickly paused his delivery to lower the regulator's air pressure to the appropriate PSI. The customer's management team took notice and sent our Supply Chain team a thank-you message that detailed Joel's efforts. Thank you, Joel, for your commitment to safety and customer service, and for always doing things the right way!
