🎉 I just got back from the Fancy Food Show in NYC, and I'm still buzzing with excitement! It was incredible to see so many innovative new products and meet so many talented and passionate people in the industry. 👩🍳 🇰🇷 One of my favorite discoveries at the show was a couple of vegan and plant-based innovations from Korea. I was blown away by the delicious taste and versatility of Armored Fresh's dairy-free almond milk cheese. 🌱🧀 Their grilled cheese sandwich was rich and flavorful, and their range of cheese sauces and spreads was equally impressive. I'm already planning to seek out their brand at restaurants in the future. 🍽️ Another standout product was Rhee Bros, Inc's plant-based Galbi. 🌱🍖 I've tried many different types of plant-based meats over the years, but this one stood out for its incredible flavor and texture. The Korean BBQ twist was spot-on, and the suggested retail price point made it a competitive option for most retail channels. 💯 👥 Of course, one of the best parts of attending events like this is catching up with old friends and making new connections. I had a great time networking with other industry professionals and learning about their experiences. 🤝 🛒 There are still two more days of the FFS, and I can't wait to explore even more new and exciting products.
