Relive the incredible journey that brought NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration's GOES-U weather observation satellite, the fourth and final of the GOES-R Series, successfully into orbit. It will provide advanced imagery, real-time mapping of lightning activity and persistent monitoring of solar activity and space weather. Following GOES-U, we were selected by NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration to develop the nation's next generation weather satellite constellation, GeoXO, for NOAA. GeoXO's new capabilities will deliver more accurate weather forecasting and address emerging environmental issues and challenges.

Nothing better than a sunrise on the space coast! The sun rose this morning over Kennedy Space Center's launch pad 39A, where SpaceX's Falcon Heavy lay waiting to liftoff with the GOES-U weather observation spacecraft we built for NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. GOES-U is set to revolutionize weather forecasting and environmental monitoring. Launch is slated for later this evening, with the two-hour launch window opening at 5:16 pm ET.

Imagine working on the same simulator technology your older brother learned to fly on in the U.S. Air Force? For Trevor, a senior software engineer on our team, this is reality. Trevor worked on the F-16 flight simulator program, which happened to be the same training device his brother Taylor was learning on at Luke Air Force Base. This program is a critical component in keeping Taylor and all pilots safe in the skies. Learn more about the story of these two brothers bound by one mission: https://lmt.co/3xpQekw
