I have purchased several of these for installation on different homes. The installation is quite easy and takes very little time. I was concerned about whether I could install multiple controllers using the same application. When done, I will have installed three controllers onto three different wifi systems in three different locations. Of which, one location is roughly 1200 miles from where I spend the majority of my time. I have no problem opening and closing the garage door from that distance. And, whenever someone uses the garage door in any of the locations, I am notified of the opening and closing. I am a Prime member but have not as yet used the in garage delivery by Amazon. I look forward to utilizing the service and will update my review when I do.
My only disappointment was customer support and even the user community response; I put the question out there about the use of different wifi systems with different controllers using the same application. Maybe, I didn't phrase my questions properly. But, I did not receive an informative or complete response. The customer support response was that it will use two controllers on the same system. And, I received a second response of "What's the issue?" Finally, I just tried adding the controllers and it worked fine without issue.
I do recommend this product. It works well, is easily installed and reasonably priced.

Super easy install, works great!
I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. One time I left the house for the weekend, must have bumped the button folding the visor back up. Got home 2 days later, still open. Luckily we're in a safe neighborhood, but still this is worth the piece of mind. I just hope they never go back to charging monthly for the app. I figure if they do, I'm not out that much. I'm thinking they won't because now amazon and walmart can use it to securely leave deliveries inside. You can set when your expecting deliveries so don't worry about random weirdos getting in.Super easy install. Just download the app and follow step by step. The 5/32nds drill bit for the 2 long mounting screws was the most work...the rest is too cool for school. It worked 1st try and every try. It even still works with other openers no need to reprogram them as long as you don't hold down the learn button on the motor. They should tell you that before they tell you to press the button, but they just say press quickly. Only issue was registering the app using Google, kept getting error messages. I un-installed myq, reinstalled and from there it was a snap. There is a about a 10 second delay for it to go through the cloud to notify you your door was opened, but now no matter who opens it with any opener, I know, and I can close it from anywhere. Brilliant work Chamberlain. Thank you!

A diferencia del modelo de color blanco, este dispositivo es compatible con los motores que traen botón de aprendizaje color amarillo. La instalación fue sencilla y no me llevó mas de 30 minutos. El instructivo dice que el modulo se instale alejado de cosas metálicas, sin embargo lo instalé en la misma estructura que sostiene al motor y funcionó sin problemas. Por otro lado, el sensor de posición lo atornille en el panel superior del portón y la instalación fue sencilla.
Una vez que el usuario principal configura su perfil en la aplicación, se pueden agregar accesos adicionales en forma de copropietarios (pareja, hijos) o usuarios temporales.
